(1 VVaik mp ,e ✓ v/, ORDINANCE NO. 2506 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District Igo. 504 for the improvement of the alley beti.°.een Rucker and Grand Avenues from Hewitt Avenue South to the alley pavement North of Wall Street, by grading and construction of a six inch one course rortland cement concrete pavement and doing all of the work necessary to make a complete improvement under 0 dinance No. 2492 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll and providing for the issuance of bonds therefor. The City of Everett does ordain: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 504 of the City of Everett for the improvement of the alley between Rucker and Grand Avenues from Hewitt Avenue South to the alley pavement North of Qaall Street, by grading and construction of a six inch one course rortland cement concrete pavement and doing all of the work necessary to make a complete improvement under ordinance No. 2497 of the City of Everett as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot , tract and parcel of land and other property appearing upon said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
