(1 VVaik <br /> mp <br /> ,e ✓ v/, <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2506 <br /> An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and <br /> assessment roll of Local Improvement District Igo. 504 for the <br /> improvement of the alley beti.°.een Rucker and Grand Avenues from <br /> Hewitt Avenue South to the alley pavement North of Wall Street, by <br /> grading and construction of a six inch one course rortland cement <br /> concrete pavement and doing all of the work necessary to make a <br /> complete improvement under 0 dinance No. 2492 of the City of <br /> Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the <br /> several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll <br /> and providing for the issuance of bonds therefor. <br /> The City of Everett does ordain: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local <br /> Improvement District No. 504 of the City of Everett for the <br /> improvement of the alley between Rucker and Grand Avenues from <br /> Hewitt Avenue South to the alley pavement North of Qaall Street, by <br /> grading and construction of a six inch one course rortland cement <br /> concrete pavement and doing all of the work necessary to make a <br /> complete improvement under ordinance No. 2497 of the City of <br /> Everett as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all <br /> things approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land <br /> or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be <br /> specially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount <br /> charged against the same and that the assessment appearing against <br /> the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing <br /> upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against <br /> each lot , tract and parcel of land and other property appearing <br /> upon said roll, the amount finally charged against the same <br /> thereon. <br />
