• ORDINANCE NO. 2504 An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the west side of Broadway Avenue, from the Great Northern viaduct north to California Street, ,by the removal of and replacement of old curb and walk where settled and construction of new, two course, concrete walk and reinforced one course concrete walk extending to property line and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3580 of the City of Everett; creating an assessment district; creating a local improvement district fund therefor; providing that all payment of the cost and expense of such improvement, with the , exception of Two hundred fifty dollars ( 250.00) to be paid by the City of Everett, be made by special assessment on the property in said district under the mode of payment by bonds. WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3580 of the City of Everett, the City Council of Everett has declared its intention to order the improvement as above outlined and doing all other work neces— sary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer; now, therefore, THE CITY OP EVERETT DOES ORAIN: Section 1: That the west side of Broadway, from the Great Northern viaduct north to California Street, be imprtp & by the removal of and replacement of old curb and ,walk mtiote settled and construction of new two-course concrete *41kaUd re- inforced one-course concrete walk extending to property.µline, and doing all other work on the entire district necessary to make a complete improvement,aceording to the plans and specifications prepared under the direction of the City Engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and approved,
