ORDINANCE NO. 2502 An Ordinance vacating the following described alleySIto-wit: The alley running east and west and the alley running north and south in Block 637, Swalwell's Second Addit- ion to Everett, Snohomish County, Washington. REAS, the owners of more than two-thirds (2/3 ) of the . private property, abutting upon the alleyltherein sought to be vacated, (lily filed their petition with the City Council of the City of Ev rett, praying for the vacation of said alleys and WHEREAS, the City Council of said city, by Resolution duly adopted., fixed the 16th day of July, 1930, at the hour of 10.30 o'clock a. m. of said day, for the hearing and determination of said petition, and WNYREAS, due and legal notice of the tine and place of the hearing and determination of said petition has been duly given by the City Clerk of said city, as required by 1Fw, and WHEREAS, at the ti e and place fixed for said hearing no person appeared or objected and no objections of any kind were me to the granting of said petition, and WHEREAS, it appearing to the City Council that said petition should be granted, the said. City Council does he_ eby determine to vacate said portion of said alleyS, now therefore, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: That all of that part of the following described alley /to- wit: The alley running east and west and the alley running north and south in Block 637, Swalwell' s Second Addit- ion to. Everett, Snohomish County, Washington, be and the same is hereby vacated and the title to the land in said portion of said alleysabove described is hereby declared to vest in the abutting property owners as provided by law.
