s t\ <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2500 <br /> An Ordinance amending Section 8 of Ordinance No. 2353 <br /> pertaining to the weight of loads and load. limits over certain <br /> streets in the city of Everett, providing for load limits on <br /> certain portions of Rucker Avenue and Sixteenth Street, prohib- <br /> iting the use of trucks with trailers on said portions of said <br /> streets, • <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That Section 8 of Ordinance No. 2333 of the city <br /> of Everett be amended so as to read as follows,. to-wit: <br /> "Section 8: It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or <br /> corporation to drive, propel or haul any vehicle which, together <br /> with its load, shall weigh more than 12,000 pounds, on, over or <br /> along Rucker Avenue from Everett Avenue to Sixteen th Street, and <br /> on Sixteenth Street from Rucker Avenue to Broadway Avenue. <br /> It shall also be unlawful for any person, firm or cor • <br /> poration to drive, propel or haul a truck with trailer on Rucker <br /> 107 <br /> Avenue from Everett Avenue to Sixteenth Street, and on Sixteen th • <br /> Street from Rucker Avenue to Broadway Avenue. <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person, , firm or corporation <br /> to drive, propel or haul any vehicle which, together with its load, <br /> shall weigh more than 16,000 pounds, on, over or along the trestle <br /> known as the Norton Avenue Extension.' <br /> It shall also be unlawful for any person, firm or cor- <br /> poration to drive, propel, haul or pull any trailer on, over or <br /> along the trestle known as the Norton Avenue Extension, when said <br /> trailer, together with vehicle attached thereto, shall have total <br /> rt. . wheelbase of 25 feet. <br /> It shall also be unlawful for any person, firm or cor« <br /> poration to drive, propel or haul any vehicle over seven feet in <br /> width, or haul or convey en any vehicle, any load which shall be <br /> over seven feet in width, on, over or along the trestle known act <br />
