ORDINANCE NO. 2499 • An Ordinance amending Section 3 of 0rdinance No. 2182 of the 0ity of Everett relating to theatrical or motion picture exhib- itions and to other public exhibitions, entertainments: and places of amusement, repealing Ordinance No. 2190 and all other ordinances conflicting herewith, and providing a penalty for the violation thereof. -THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN,: Section 1: That Section 3 of Ordinance 2182 of the City of Everett be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 3: The amounts to be paid to said city for the pure pose specified in Section 1 of this ordinano* are hereby fixed as follows, to-wit: Per each and every circus, menagerie or trained animal show exhibiting within the city of Everett, ther eh ► paid for each exhibition day a license fee as follower ) 31o3.lara for each and every railroad ear or coach,upon w oh such circus, menagerie or trained animal show is transported, nolud-ing ' cars, t ours box cars, passenger coaches g , sleeping ears, etc., providing, however, that the minimum fee for' any circus, menagerie , or trained animal show, shall be One Hundred and Fifty (4160.00) Dollars. For each sideshow oonducted by such circus, for which a sleparate admission is charged, there shall be an additional license fee of ?fifteen ($15000) ' Dollars. For a, merry»go-‘raund or a "Joy Wheel" rive ( 5.00) Dollars per day for one day or any number of days less than a week. Twenty- . five ( 25400) Dollars per week, not including the first day of the week,, 'commonly called Sunday.
