<br /> An Ordinance vacating the following described parts of the
<br /> Plat of Everett, Division "G", and of First Tideland Addition to Ever
<br /> ett, to-wit:
<br /> Lots 1 to 8 inclusive, Block 557,
<br /> Lots 1 to 16, inclusive, Block 558-B,
<br /> Lot 1 (fractional) Block 617,
<br /> A11. in Plat of Everett, Division MG".
<br /> Lots 37 and 38, Block 618,
<br /> lot 12, (except South 245-feet ), Block 618,
<br /> First"Tideland Addition to Everett .
<br /> WHEREAS, two-thirds (2/3) of the owners of the portions of
<br /> the above named ,plats herein sought to be vacated, duly, filed their
<br /> petition with the City Council of the City of Everett, praying for the
<br /> vacation of said portions of said plate, and
<br /> WHEREAS, they City Council of said city by ides olut ion duly
<br /> adopted, fixed the 4th day of June, 1930, at the hour of .10.30
<br /> o'clock a. m. of said day, for the hearing and determination of, said
<br /> j Jx petition, and
<br /> WHEREAS, .due and legal notice ;of the time :and place of the
<br /> hearing and determination of said petition has been duly given by the
<br /> City Clerk of Said City, as required by law, and
<br /> WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said hearing no
<br /> person appeared or objected aAd no objections of any kind were made
<br /> to the granting of :said petition, and
<br /> WHEREAS, it appearing to the City Council .that said pe-
<br /> tition should be granted, the said City Council does hereby determine
<br /> to vacate said port ions of said plate, now therefore,
<br /> THE CITY OP RVERETT DOES ORDAIN:
<br /> That all of the following 'describe►d portions of the Plst.
