• ! s ORDINANCE NO. 2496 An Ordinance vacating the following described alley, to-wit: The alley north of Lot one (1) and east of Lot six (6 ) , in Prospect Height ' s Addition. 'H'REAS, the owners of more than two-thirds (2/3) of the private property, abutting upon the alley herein sought to be vacated, duly filed their petition with the City Council of the City of averett, praying for the vacation of said alley, and HREAS, the City Codicil of said city, by -resolution duly adppted, fixed the r day of v , 1930, at the hour of 10.30 o' clock a. m. of said day, for the hearing and deter- mination of said petition, and `'HEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of the hearing and determination of said petition has been duly given by the city clerk of said city, as required by law, and IHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said hearing no person appeared or objected and no objections of any kind were made to the granting of said petition, and WHEREAS, it appearing to the City Council that said petition should be granted, the said City Council does hereby cetermine to vacate said portion of said alley, now therefore, 'HE CITY OP EVERETT DOES ORDAIN; That all of that part of the following described alley, to- wit : The alley North of Lot one (1) and east of Lot six ( 6) , in jro spe ct Height ' s .ddit i on, be and the same is hereby vacated and the title to the land in said portion of said alley above described is hereby deol red to vest in the abutting property oalers as provided by law.
