This may include procurement of bus cards or other transportation <br />services, clothing, basic needs, utility and/or phone assistance, and routine drug testing. <br />• Providing support to SUDP during court sessions which may include coordinating <br />schedules, working with clients to assist in scheduling required appointments and <br />general client communications. <br />• The TCCA may provide other client support services as necessary and appropriate. <br />This might include helping coordinate with participants and possibly their families to <br />identify services and activities that promote recovery and lead to increased meaning and <br />purpose. <br />• The TCCA may provide other supportive services to the SUD court as requested by the <br />Presiding Judge <br /> <br />Therapeutic Court Program Manager <br /> <br />The TCPM is responsible for: <br /> <br />• Providing oversight of the SUD Court Program and ensuring compliance to program <br />guidelines and best practices. <br />• Assisting the Court in providing pertinent information needed for quarterly funder <br />reporting. <br />• Supervise the SUDP and TCCA and fill in as necessary. <br />• In addition, the TCPM, if appropriately credentialed, may assist in providing short-term <br />counseling services as needed, consistent with the service plan and assist participants <br />in finding long-term counseling support, services, and referrals. <br /> <br />Clinical Director <br /> <br />The Clinical Director is responsible for: <br /> <br />• Oversight of the program including appropriate quality and compliance reviews <br />• Meeting with the team members regularly to problem solve any clinical issues, provide <br />backup as needed, assist with treatment planning, and ensure that the quality of the <br />program and plans are maintained. <br /> <br />Reporting <br /> <br />Service Provider shall assist the Everett Municipal Court with quarterly reports to the <br />Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts (“AOC”) documenting the progress of the <br />therapeutic court program.
