It is our understanding that the proposed
work is limited to non -building alterations that do not require a permit. Furthermore, this application is solely due to
language in the tenant's contract stating that a building permit must be obtained. Per our last conversation, you are
confirming with the building owner (i.e., the Port of Everett) that this contract language does not apply to the proposed
work, which is limited to painting, floor, furniture, etc. Pending confirmation, our understanding is that you will send an
email to us confirming that the application will be cancelled.
Presuming the application is determined to not be required, please send an email directly to Cindy to cancel the
application; I do not need to be copied. Thank you.
_ Drew Martin, P.E., S.E.
- Associate Engineer —Commercial Plans Examiner I Permit Services
425.257.8810 13200 Cedar Street, 2d Floor, Everett, WA 98201
EVERETT Phone Hours: M/W/T: 8 am - 12 pm & 1 pm — 3 pm; Tu: 1:00pm-3:00pm
everettwa.gov/permits I Facebook I Twitter
Note: Emails and attachments sent to and from the City of Everett are public records and may be subject to disclosure pursuant to the Public
Records Act.
1
