STEP 3. COMPLETE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS #1-5 <br />The following subsections address MR B1-5. The more information provided in these subsections typically <br />corresponds to faster review and permit issuance times. Submitted checklists that lack the necessary <br />information for review are considered incomplete and will be returned unprocessed to the applicant. <br />MR #1: Preparation of Stormwater Site Plan <br />The purpose of MR d1 is to convey all relevant information about the proposed project to the City for review <br />to ensure the project is in compliance with the current City and State stormwater management standards. <br />This is your opportunity to inform the reviewer about the project fundamentals as well as highlight the <br />significant and insignificant aspects of the project with regards to stormwater management. <br />Task 1: Describe existing site conditions <br />Provide description of existing she conditions: <br />The property is a 1.02 acre parcel that is gently sloped to the edge of the back yard (west <br />side). The area to the west of the back yard has a medium slope out to the ridge and <br />then it becomes steep 60-75 yards away from the house. <br />Describe existing structures (location, type): <br />There is one SFR house and one detached garage on the property. <br />Describe slopes on your site (flat, rolling, steep, %): <br />The area to the south and east of the house is flat to rolling. The area west of the house <br />is sloped downward to the west. <br />Describe hard surfaces (roof, ground treatment) <br />The SFR house and detached garage have architectural composition shingles. There is <br />an asphalt driveway, concrete entry sidewalk and concrete water feature on the east side <br />of the house. There is a wood deck, two concrete patios and a concrete sidewalk on the <br />west side of the house. There is a second driveway from the road to the detached garage <br />Describe vegetative surfaces (location, quaniry Ili): <br />There are planting areas to the left, center and right of the driveway as you approach the <br />house.
