JULY2022 I STORMWATER SITE PLAN 10 PERTEET 1.0 INTRODUCTION The project is located at Thornton Sullivan Park (Sullivan Park) at 11405 Silver Lake Road and within Section 19, Township 28N, Range 5E of the Willamette Meridian in the City of Everett, Snohomish County, Washington State, The City of Everett proposes to construct a new/improved paved trail through Sullivan Park from 118th Place SE/Silver Lake Drive to Silver Lake Roarl Ibberson Drive. This project intends to improve recreational opportunities and pathways around Silver Lake and create an accessible, connected recreational route around the lake. The trail will be composed of permeable asphalt pavement and non -permeable asphalt pavement. Two- inch overlay is proposed where competent asphalt exists. Thresholds for water quality and flow control are not triggered by this project and thus no negative impacts are anticipated. See the thresholds analysis in Section 5.0.
