0 <br />STEP 1. DETERMINE APPLICABILITY <br />Use the criteria below to determine if this template may be used for your project. If any <br />criteria below are marked "False," this template may not be used and a report meeting <br />City standards is required and shall be prepared by a professional Engineer licensed in the <br />lei State of Washington. Flow control facilities shall be designed by an engineer for projects <br />with 2.000 sf or more net new impervious area (see Step 6). <br />NEEL— <br />This project will create at least 2,000 ft2 of new plus replaced impervious <br />p ❑ surface area or at least 200 sf of net new impervious area. <br />❑ This project will create less than 5,000 ft2 of new plus replaced impervious <br />surface area. <br />❑ I U This project drains to the combined sewer. <br />E ❑ This project converts less than 3/4 acre of existing soil cover or vegetation to <br />lawn or landscape areas. <br />❑ I This project will not adversely impact a water of the state. <br />❑ This project will not change a natural drainage course and will not generate any <br />new concentrated flows leaving the site. <br />E ❑ This project will not be constructed within a critical area or a critical area buffer <br />and will not adversely impact a critical area.
