It may also be a Listed or Recognized component that is being used outside of its evaluated Listing or <br /> component recognition. <br /> Critical Features/Components -An essential part, material, subassembly, system, software, or accessory of a <br /> product that has a direct bearing on the product's conformance to applicable requirements of the product <br /> standard. <br /> Construction Details - For specific construction details, reference should be made to the photographs and <br /> descriptions. All dimensions are approximate unless specified as exact or within a tolerance. In addition to the <br /> specific construction details described in this Report, the following general requirements also apply. <br /> 1. Corrosion Protection -The system is primarily composed of Aluminum alloy and Stainless Steel components <br /> which are inherently corrosion resistant. <br /> 2. Grounding -The grounding of the photovoltaic modules is achieved through the midclamp and endclamps. <br /> The rails are bonded to eachother through the Chiko Integrated Grounding Splice Kit. THe Grounding Lug <br /> Weeb Lug 8.0 grounds the system to the equipment grounding conductor. The grounding of the entire <br /> system is intended to be inaccordance with the latest edition of the National Electrical Code, including NEC <br /> 250: Grounding and Bonding, and NEC 690: Solar Photovoltaic Systems. <br /> 3. Schematics - Refer to Illustrations 2B, 3B, 4B, 5B, 6B, 7B, 8B, 9A, 9B, 10A, 10B. <br /> 4. Markings-The rack mounting system shall marked with a permanent marking that shall be molded, <br /> diestamped, paint-stenciled, stamped, or etched metal that is permanently secured, or indelibly stamped <br /> using an approved label material that is plain, legible, permanent, and includes the following markings (Item <br /> 8 of Section 4 & Illustration No. 1 a): <br /> a)Applicant Name <br /> b) Model number <br /> c)The serial number which can trace the date of manufacture. <br /> d Manufacturing location. <br /> 5. Installation, Operating and Safety Instructions - Instructions for installation and use of this product are <br /> provided by the manufacturer.
