BCE Engineers, Inc. is tasked with providing all necessary engineering, design, components list, bid documents and anything else necessary to enable Everett Transit to release a construction bid for competitive procurement. In addition, the consultant is being tasked to perform the functions of construction management throughout the construction phase to ensure that the construction contractor meets all specifications and provides Everett Transit with a “turnkey” charging system. Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign the PSA for Cabinet Charging Infrastructure at Public Works with BCE Engineers, Inc., in the amount of $35,600.00.
