The use must be located on the ground floor of a residential <br />mixed-use development with no less than 50% of the gross floor area used for single-family or multifamily residential uses. <br />8 Social services permitted as an accessory use in permanent supportive housing facilities, transitional housing facilities, and shelters hosted by a <br />religious organization pursuant to RCW 35.21.915.
