That Section 83 of Ordinance No, 23.1E of the <br /> City of _Everett be and the same is hereby amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> No Automobile, truck or other vehicle shall be parked <br /> or allowed to stand longer than one (1) hour continuously between <br /> eight o'clock A. M. and six o' clock P. LE. on the following descri- <br /> bed avenues within the city of Everett, to-wit: <br /> On California Street, in the City of Everett, from the <br /> Bast line of Colby Avenue to the West_ line of Wetmore Avenue <br /> Provided, :however, that the Commissioner of Safety <br /> is hereby authorized to fix suitable taxi-cab stands in said. <br /> territory. <br /> Section 2.
