D003 <br />would be applicable if devices are considered waste. <br />Waste disposal; <br />Wastes must be disposed of in accordance with Local, State and Federal regulations. As <br />stated above, unused device does exhibit a RCRA characteristic as depicted by 40 CFR <br />and/or other international regulations. Best suited for incineration at a licensed experienced <br />disposal facility. Ingredients may have specific Federal, State or local <br />regulations governing thresholds and handling procedures and only apply to the <br />manufacturing of these items. If one of the ingredients in these devices is Potassium <br />Perchlorate, the state of California requires that this warning be given — "Some products <br />may contain Perchlorates.
