<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ______________ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION declaring a 1986 Trail King TKT24-2600 Tilt Trailer (6012) surplus and <br />authorizing for sale at public auction. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />1. The City has a 1986 Trail King TKT24-2600 Tilt Trailer (6012); and <br /> <br />2. The above-referenced equipment is no longer of value or use to the City; and <br /> <br />3. Ordinance 2963-06 establishes a procedure and methods for surplus or disposition of City- <br />owned personal property; and <br /> <br />4. Based on the guidelines set forth in EMC 3.88.020, a public auction is the disposition method <br />that best meets the City’s interests and <br /> <br />5. The City’s Procurement Manager has reported the basis for the estimated value of the surplus <br />property and has recommended the surplus of the above-referenced vehicle and equipment by <br />public auction. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND EVERETT CITY COUNCIL THAT: <br /> <br />1. The City has a 1986 Trail King TKT24-2600 Tilt Trailer (6012). <br /> <br />2.
