I have signed off on the PW permit for 6611 Associated Blvd (PW2107-028).The permit for 6617 <br /> Associated Blvd however appears to require some corrections prior to Planning approval. PW2107-027 indicates the <br /> creation of parking stalls on site in areas previously utilized as loading zones. The new parking areas (located outside of <br /> the building) are subject to the landscaping standards of EMC 19.35.080; no landscaping islands are identified in the plan <br /> set nor was a landscape plan provided. Please review and clarify/revise accordingly. FYI--notes in the file indicate that <br /> issuance of the 82107-038 should be okay prior to approval of the Public Works permit if you would still like to proceed <br /> with that component while working on the PW landscape corrections. <br /> If you have any Planning questions, please let me know and I'm happy to be of assistance.
