Please see attached field installation logs data dated, 1/10/2022 R 1/12/2022. All anchors were <br /> installed per the intent of the design and any installation deviations were reviewed and approved by this office <br /> with no outstanding non-compliance items. <br /> Our inspection and testing services do not constitute a warranty or guarantee of any type and were provided and <br /> intended to help reduce the risk of construction defects,deficiencies or omissions that may arise during and after <br /> construction. It is the contractor's responsibility to perform their work in accordance with the approved <br /> construction documents.
