"Bond Fund" means the "Limited Tax General Obligation Bond Redemption Fund, <br /> 1998" established pursuant to Section 9 hereof. <br /> "Bond Insurance Policy" means the municipal bond insurance policy issued by the <br /> Insurer insuring the payment when due of the principal of and interest on the Bonds as provided <br /> therein. <br /> "Bond Register" means the registration records for the Bonds maintained by the Bond <br /> Registrar. <br /> "Bond Registrar" means the fiscal agency of the State of Washington in either Seattle, <br /> Washington, or New York, New York, whose duties include registering and authenticating the <br /> Bonds, maintaining the Bond Register, transferring ownership of the Bonds, and paying the <br /> principal of and interest on the Bonds. <br /> "Bonds" mean the $1,700,000 principal amount of City of Everett, Washington, Limited <br /> Tax General Obligation Bonds, 1998, issued pursuant to this Ordinance. <br /> "City" means the City of Everett, Washington, a municipal corporation duly organized <br /> and existing under the laws of the State of Washington. <br /> "City Clerk"means the duly qualified, appointed and acting City Clerk of the City or any <br /> other officer who succeeds to the duties now delegated to that office. <br /> "Code" means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, together with <br /> corresponding and applicable final, temporary or proposed regulations and revenue rulings <br /> issued or amended with respect thereto by the United States Treasury Department or the Internal <br /> Revenue Service, to the extent applicable to the Bonds. <br /> "DTC" means The Depository Trust Company of New York, as depository for the Bonds, <br /> or any successor or substitute depository for the Bonds. <br /> -2- SCO1 B DOC <br />
