Offsite/Cloud Addendum - 5 <br />16. Third Party Supplier Access to City Data: The Vendor will provide <br />an initial list of suppliers with access to City data and maintain the list <br />for the duration of the Agreement. The Vendor will notify the City <br />within 90 days of any change to the supplier list. <br />This Addendum is part of the Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency <br />between provisions of the Agreement and this Addendum, the provisions most <br />stringent on the Vendor shall control. <br />Signature on this Addendum may be by pdf, email, fax or other electronic means, <br />in which case such signature(s) will have the same effect as an original ink <br />signature. <br />VENDOR: <br />By: ____________________ <br />Printed Name: Mark W.
