The stem wall at this property is only 8" tall <br />above tee in the footing the footing is not 6" thick. It varies between 2" and 4"(see attached photos). After discussing it <br />with my pile sub they decided to use a 7" x 12" plate that will mount flush to the wail using four anchors. The plate will <br />have two smaller welded steel strips that will extend out from the footing and then be welded to the pipe pile. I have <br />attached to photos of the design for your reference. Can you please respond with a statement saying you approve of <br />this change so I can add it to the building permit for the City of Everett.
