7 40) CBDINANCE NO. 2465 An Ordinance providing for the improvement of California Street from Norton to Federal and Federal from California to the south line of lot 25, Block 618, First Tideland Addition to Everett, by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of a one course rortland cement concrete pavement, 18 feet wide, installation of necessary drainage and doing all other work neces- sary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with Resolu- tion No. 3i5 of the City of Everett, creating an assessment dis- trict ; creating a local improvement district fund therefor; pro- viding that said improvement be made by special assessment upon the property in said district under the mode of payment by bonds, and declaring an emergency. ".rHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3315 of the City of Everett , the City Council of Everett has declared its intention to order the improvement as above outlined and doing all other work neces- sary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer, now, therefore, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1.
