Please review and respond to the comments below. <br /> STRUCTURAL <br /> 1. The provided connection detail of Sign 5 presents a connection condition <br /> where the anchorage is being subjected to direct tension. Also,the proposed <br /> connections with 2x2 aluminum supports (24" oc) does not align with metal <br /> stud supports (16" oc) which would appear to indicate that the anchorage <br /> would only attach to the metal stud supports every 48"oc. Please verify these <br /> conditions and provide stamped, structural calculations and drawings validating <br /> that the anchorage is sufficient for design loads and combinations per IBC 1604 <br /> and 1605. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary <br /> to provide the Building Division with two new sets of revised construction <br /> documents reflecting the corrections requested. Please include a response <br /> letter indicating how the corrections were resolved. <br /> All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Building Code (IBC), 2015 <br /> International Existing Building Code (IEBC),the 2015 International Fire Code <br /> (IFC), the 2015 International Mechanical Code (IMC),and/or the 2015 <br /> Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), as amended by the State of Washington <br /> PERMIT SERVICES and adopted by the City of Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for <br /> accessible design is the 2009 "Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities" <br /> Q3200 Cedar Street (ICC/ANSI A117.1).
