Heavy Construction includes construction, repair, alteration or additions to the production, fabrication or <br />manufacturing portions of industrial or manufacturing plants, hydroelectric or nuclear power plants and atomic <br />reactor construction. Workers on hazmat projects receive additional hourly premiums as follows -Level A: $1.00, <br />Level B: $0.75, Level C: $0.50, And Level D: $0.25. <br /> <br /> F. Industrial Painter wages are required for painting within industrial facilities such as treatment plants, pipelines, <br />towers, dams, power generation facilities and manufacturing facilities such as chemical plants, etc., or anywhere <br />abrasive blasting is necessary to prepare surfaces, or hazardous materials encapsulation is required. <br /> <br /> H. One (1) person crew shall consist of a Party Chief. (Total Station or similar one (1) person survey system). Two (2) <br />person survey party shall consist of a least a Party Chief and a Chain Person. Three (3) person survey party shall <br />consist of at least a Party Chief, an Instrument Person, and a Chain Person.
