To whom it may concern, <br /> I, Bryan Wanke, give Jacob Tillman permission to complete the process of approval for the <br /> Electrical Permit needed so he can occupy the upstairs of my domicile. Jacob has permission to <br /> "complete the electrical work on the property". There is currently a 2nd meter for PUD <br /> separating the home into two sections, we just need an inspection on work that was previously <br /> completed years ago.
