The <br />estimated cost for this service annually is $51,288. <br />Project summary statement: <br />The City has an existent contract with BPAS to provide administration oversight of <br />HRA/VEBA and flexible spending accounts. Accrue CMS was the City’s existing COBRA <br />administrator. In an effort to consolidate and reduce cost, PeakOne will be replacing <br />BPAS and Accrue CMS for HRA/VEBA, flexible spending and COBRA administration for all <br />employees. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign all plan adoption agreement with PeakOne Administration for the <br />HRA/VEBA, flexible spending accounts, and COBRA administration. <br />
