PSP will provide Benefit Plan consulting, including but not limited <br />to, discussions regarding Benefit Plan design both initially and for any revisions <br />regarding existing benefits, compliance and communications. The consulting includes <br />cost estimates of initial plan, cost projections for any proposed plan revisions; and <br />assistance in preparing summary plan descriptions <br />Quote <br />2. Requested changes to any standard administrative procedures established by PSP. Quote <br />3. Exchanging information by means other than the standard procedure established by PSP. <br />PSP will provide Client with several options for transferring data, including diskette, <br />model file transfer or if the foregoing transfer methods are not available for <br />the Client’s payroll system, in a mutually acceptable format. <br />Quote <br />4. Provide assistance to Client regarding an IRS audit of the Benefit Plan years for which <br />PSP was the service provider <br />Quote
