I will follow up once I've <br />updated the permit. <br />Regarding the gas piping affidavit, it is my understanding that we no longer accept those but the <br />best person to confirm this information with will be our mechanical/gas inspectors. They're available <br />every morning between 7:30 and 8:30am by calling us at 425-257-8810. <br />Sorry I'm not able to help more but I will follow up once the permit software is back up to provide <br />
