I received a notice
from code enforcement about this fact so I reached out to the public works department a few minutes ago and asked about getting an extension. I
spoke with the permit services desk and they said to reach out to this email address.
The project has taken a little bit longer than expected due to sub -contractor issues as well as my GC having a heart attack that put him out of
commission for a couple months. We fully expect to have the project completed within the next 6 months and I would like to request an extension for
the following permits through September 30, 2022
B2006-005
E2006-044
MW2102-006
PLW21002-007
The primary work for the E, MW, PLW permits has already been approved and we are only pending final upon completion of the primary building
permit.
Thank you for your support!
Regards,
Jonathan Rempel
657.272.6121
PERMIT EXTENSION
9/21/2022
9/21/2022
( REASON
SHEYENNE
EXTENSION
REQUIRED)
MORTON
APPROVED
Notes:
2/8/2023
2/8/2023
ELEC 10-FINAL
STEVE BANKS
CORRECTION
eTRAKiT Inspection Request
REQUIRED
Notes:
2/6/2023 5:19 PM Jonathan Rempel
Contact Name: Jonathan Rempel
Site Address: 1033 TEMPLE DR
Phone:6572726121
e-Mail: rempel808@gmail.com
All receptacles must be Tamper Resistant Type.
