The design, <br /> construction and maintenance requirements and standards on all <br /> projects subject to this chapter shall meet or exceed the thresholds, <br /> definitions and criteria contained in the following, in the following <br /> order of precedence: <br /> 1. This chapter; and <br /> 2. City of Everett Design and Construction Standards and <br /> Specifications for Development; and <br /> 3. The Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington. <br /> A Construction Stormwater General Permit, administered by the <br /> Department of Ecology (DOE), will be required for this project if it will <br /> disturb an acre or more of land.
