PROJECT OVERVIEW <br />This stormwater site plan report summarizes the storm drainage analysis and design for the <br />Everett Community College (EvCC) Index Lawn Project. <br />The project will construct a new concrete pedestrian plaza and pedestrian walkway. The Index <br />Quad lawn is in the middle of the EvCC campus, between Gray Wolf Hall and Shuksan Hall. <br />The site is mostly grass lawn, with concrete walkways intersecting the area.
