EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL <br />Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan elements are described below. <br />Element #I: Preserve Vegetation/Mark Clearing Limits <br />Temporary fencing will be used to delineate the limits of construction. <br />Element #2: Establish Construction Access <br />The existing paved parking lot will be used for access to the construction site. A wheel wash or <br />vacuum sweepers shall be used to prevent tracking of sediment onto the adjacent roadways. <br />Element #3: Control Flow Rates <br />Construction stormwater will be directed to the existing vegetated lawn areas for dispersion. <br />Straw wattles or silt fences will be installed adjacent to existing pavement areas to prevent <br />stormwater from exiting the site. <br />Element M Install Sediment Controls <br />Straw wattles and silt fence will be installed to prevent runoff from exiting the project site area. <br />Element #5: Stabilize Soils <br />Disturbed vegetated lawn areas will be hydroseeded. <br />Element#6: Protect Slopes <br />Not applicable. The site does not contain any slopes. <br />Element#7: Protect Drain Inlets <br />Catch basin filter inserts will be installed in existing catch basin structures within and <br />downstream of the site. <br />Element M., Stabilize Channels and Outlets <br />Not applicable. There are no existing or proposed channels or outlets at the project site. <br />Element #9: Control Pollutants <br />Use dust control measures to reduce wind transport of dust during demolition operations. <br />Maintain good housekeeping and preventative measures for vehicle and construction equipment <br />storage. <br />Element #10: Control Dewatering <br />Dewatering is not necessary for the scope of the project. <br />Stormwater Site Plan 7ti ,® <br />Index Lawn Project <br />
