Please review and respond to the comments below. <br />ARCHITECTURAL <br />1. The occupant load appears to be missing from the plan set. Please provide an <br />occupant load for the proposed structure. IBC 1004. <br />STRUCTURAL <br />1. Please indicate the Basic Seismic Force Resisting Systems, seismic coefficient <br />in each direction, and R-factors used as this information appears to be missing <br />from the construction documents. IBC 1603.1.5. <br />2. The proposed roof structure is considered a membrane structure per IBC <br />definitions. Please provide structural calculations demonstrating that the <br />membrane structure has been designed in accordance with ASCE 55. The <br />proposed steel HISS cantilever member calculations also appear to be missing. <br />Current structural calculations appear to only consider the foundation design of <br />the foundation supporting the proposed steel and membrane structure. Please <br />provide additional calculations for review.
