3 ORDINANCE NO, 2458 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. .493, for the improvement of Wetmore Avenue, from Hewitt Avenue to Everett Ave... nue, by the construction of a one-Bourse Portland Cement Concrete pavement, or other suitable pavement, making necessary,water main; changes, making old work conform to new and doing all other work in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Or dinanc a No. 2439 of the City of Everett, levying an .assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds . therefor and fixing the date of the issuance thereof, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 4930 for the improvement , of Wet` more Avenue, from Hewitt Avenue to Everett Avenue, by- the con. Struction of a one-course Portland Cement Concrete pavement, or other suitable pavement, making necessary water main changes, making old work conform to new and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Or,- dinance No. 2439 of the City of Everett, as the same now steads,, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property appearing. upon said roll the amount finally charged against the same there- on.
