Section 2: That there by and hereby are created in the Treasury of the City of Everett three special funds which shall be known as Everett Water System General Obligation Bond Fund No. 2, Everett Water System General Obligation Bond Interest Fund No. 2 and Everett Water System Construction Fund, and that there shall be payments into each of said funds and out of each of said funds according to all the terms and provisions of Ordinance No. 2433 of the City of Everett.
