11 10 bonds, and that the Everett Water System General Bond Interest Fund No. 2 shall be used solely for the payment of the interest on this issue of bonds, and that the Everett Water System General Obligation Bond Fund No. 2 shall be used solely for the payment of the principal on this issue of bonds', which shall be paid as set forth in Section 1. of this Ordinance. It is hereby declared that said bonds are issued pure: ant to and in strict compliance with the constitution and laws of the State of Washington, 3ncltzdng Chap :r 150, Lars of 1909, and Amendments thereto, and Chapter 151, Laws of 1923, of Washington, and the Charter of the City of Everett and the Ordinances of said City of Everett referred to in this bond and printed hereon, and that all acts, things, elections, ordinances, resolutions and conditions precedent to the right to issue and deliver this bond as prescribed by said constitutions, ordinances, statutes, charter have happened, existed been done and performed prior to the issuance hereof.
