1 <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT AGREEMENT <br />CFDA #14.218 <br />This AGREEMENT <br />is between the City of Everett, a Washington municipal corporation (the <br />Subrecipient Subrecipient This Agreement includes <br />the Basic Provisions and the attached Exhibits as identified in the Basic Provisions.
