15 <br />M.Recitals. <br />The recitals on page one (1) of this Agreement are restated and incorporated by this reference and will form <br />part of this Agreement. <br />N.Headings. <br />Headings within this Agreement are for convenience only and will have no effect in limiting or extending the <br />language of the provisions to which they refer. <br />O.Assignment. <br />Neither party may directly or indirectly assign or transfer this Agreement by operation of law or otherwise <br />without the prior consent of the other Party.
