Before we can move forward with approvals, there are two
additional items required. First, since this is a heat pump installation,
can you please provide a site plan showing where the outdoor unit is
being installed and how many feet from the property line it will be?
Second, we require an associated electrical permit to be applied for to
permit the associated electrical alterations required to add a heat
pump. This is a requirement even for a disconnect/reconnect. If your
company has an electrical license, please apply for the electrical permit
online through our permitting portal. Otherwise, you will need to have
your electrical sub -contractor apply for their own permit before we can
approve your application.
If you have any questions, let me know and I'll be happy to help.
Take care,
<image002.png>
Audrey Arbow (she/her)
Permit Technician I Permit Services
425.257.8810 13200 Cedar Street, 2"d Floor, Everett, WA 98201
Phone Hours: M — F: 8:30 a.m. — 12 p.m. & 1 p.m. — 3 p.m.
everettwa.gov/permits I onlinepermits.everettwa.gov I Facebook
Twitter
Note: Emails and attachments sent to and from the City of Everett are public records
and may be subject to disclosure pursuant to the Public Records Act.
Category 2: For official use only / disclosure permissible by law.
