Good morning Levi,
Thank you for sending in additional pictures. These will satisfy the site plan
requirement. Before the furnace permit can be approved, we require an associated
electrical permit to be applied for to permit the associated electrical alterations
required to add a heat pump. This is a requirement even for a disconnect/reconnect. If
your company has an electrical license, please apply for the electrical permit online
through our permitting portal. Otherwise, you will need to have your electrical sub-
contractor apply for their own permit before we can approve your application.
Take care,
<image007.png>
Audrey Arbow (she/her)
Permit Technician I Permit Services
425.257.8810 13200 Cedar Street, 2nd Floor, Everett, WA 98201
Phone Hours: M — F: 8:30 a.m. — 12 p.m. & 1 p.m. — 3 p.m.
everettwa.gov/permits I onlinepermits.everettwa.gov I Facebook I Twitter
Note: Emails and attachments sent to and from the City of Everett are public records and may be subject
to disclosure pursuant to the Public Records Act.
Category 2: For official use only / disclosure permissible by law.
From: Levi Williams <levibecksfurnace@icloud.com>
Sent: Tuesday, November 21, 2023 2:15 PM
To: Audrey Arbow <AArbow@eve rettwa.gov>
Subject: Re: [EXTERNAL] Re: M2311-072 700 35TH ST
