November 15, 2023 <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m., November 15, <br />2023, by President Stonecipher. <br /> <br />Upon roll call, it was found that Council Members Tuohy, Fosse, Schwab, Vogeli, Zarlingo, and <br />Stonecipher were present. Mayor Franklin and Council Member Rhyne were excused. <br /> <br />Council Member Zarlingo led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />Council Member Fosse recited the land acknowledgement. <br /> <br />The minutes of the November 8, 2023, meeting were approved. <br /> <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />Mayor Franklin was excused. <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />Council received four (4) written comments, and the following members of the public spoke: <br />Emily Simpson, Jeremiah Leathart, Matt Frazier, Danny Tetzlaff, Michael Wallace, Joshua Yoh, <br />Hector Fernando, Mathew Farnum, Shyleen Reed, Michele Dillon, Scott Murphy, and Jim Langus. <br /> <br /> <br />COUNCIL <br /> <br />Comments and liaison reports were provided by council members. <br /> <br />President Stonecipher announced that the November 22nd council meeting is cancelled. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson provided an update on Clare’s Place. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall had no updates. <br /> <br />
