See IRC Sections R102.7.1,R105.1,and R113.1. Plans changed to show Hall Bathroom as new.Clouded on sheet 2.0. 2)The bathrooms and kitchen should specify exhaust fans including the minimum required performance rates per IRC Table M1505.4.4(1). Noted on sheet 3.0. 3)The project appears to include modifications to the concrete stairs. Details for the construction should be included.See IRC Section R311.7. Existing concrete stairs to remain unaffected. Removed all notes for changes. 4)A guard detail should be included in the construction drawings.The guards should comply with IRC Section R312.1.The guards,connections to the supporting framing,and the supporting framing should be designed to resist a minimum 200-pound load per Table R301.5. Existing concrete stairs and railings to remain unaffected. Removed all notes for changes. 5)See the window adjacent to the exterior dining room on Sheet 4.0. Drawings should specify safety glazing for windows within 2 feet of a door. R308.4.2 Noted on sheets 3.0 and 4.0. 6)Safety glazing should be specified for the window located in the master bedroom per R308.4.2 Noted on sheet 3.0.
