EVERETT <br />WASHINGTON <br />March 26, 2021 <br />CITY OF EVERETT <br />Permit Services <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY OF EVERETT <br />PO BOX 1547 <br />EVERETT, WA 98206-1547 <br />RE: New Building Address Assignment in the City of Everett <br />ACTION: Owner to post new address of 271014TH ST on site until permanently installed. <br />We wish to express our appreciation to you for helping to build and improve the City of Everett. Permit <br />(C2007-004) has been issued for a new building. In accordance with Everett Municipal Code chapter 13.44, <br />a new address is assigned to the building on parcel described as: Section 17 Township 29 Range 5 Quarter <br />NE & SE BAKER HEIGHTS BLK 001 D-00- BLOCKS 1-2-3-4-5-7-8, parcel number 00386200100000. <br />2710 14TH ST <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />Numbers conforming to the following table should be posted facing 14TH ST: <br />ADDRESS NUMBERING FIGURE SIZE TABLE, per EMC 16.03.030 (F) <br />Distance from Road or Fire Lane <br />Minimum Figure Size <br />0 — 50 feet <br />*4" H x 1.5" W, %" stroke width <br />51-100 feet <br />6" H x 3" W, :4" stroke width <br />101 — 150feet <br />8" H x 4" W, 34" stroke width <br />151— 200 feet <br />10" H x 5" W, %" stroke width <br />201 feet and up <br />12" H x 6" W, 34" stroke width <br />*Minimum figure size for the primary address of multi family or commercial buildings is six inches (6") <br />Height -to -width ratio of figures shall be approximately 2H: 1W, contrasting in color with their background <br />(black or white on glazing). If assigned addresses cannot be viewed from a public way, address numbers <br />should also be posted at the road entrance on a pole, or sign, to clearly identify which driveway or roadway <br />serves the posted address. Owner to post numbers or letters for tenant suite and apartment doors on both <br />the interior and exterior of the building, with a minimum figure size at least 4 inches high.
