Structural Observation does not include or waive the responsibility <br />for the inspection required in other sections of the IBC. <br />We have visited the site periodically during construction to visually observe the primary structural <br />systems for general conformance to the approved construction documents. We have reported <br />observed deficiencies to the contractor and architect in writing. <br />We have received a final letter report from the Special Inspector dated May 31, 2023 and received <br />by MNSC on June 1, 2023. The final letter report states that the work inspected was either <br />performed in accordance with, or corrected to conform to, the city -approved drawings or engineer - <br />approved changes.
