City of Everett Stadium Amphitheater Park Project Scope of Work Page 22 <br /> <br />ESA’s architectural historians will coordinate with the City to form the basis for the EIS sections. <br />Should ESA determine that additional information is needed to satisfy SEPA requirements, it is <br />assumed that this information will be provided by the City’s Team. If necessary, the scoping and <br />budget allows for the analysis for a limited mapping of existing historic resources. <br /> Assumptions: <br />• Assumes state funding will trigger Governor’s Executive Order 21-02. <br />• Assumes a limited mapping of historic resources if they are determined to be in the study <br />area. <br /> <br />4.9 DEIS Front Material/Fact Sheet/References/Appendices <br />The ESA Team will begin the initial stages of analysis during the Scoping process in order to <br />expedite documentation. This will include the front matter for the document including assembly of <br />the draft cover letter, Fact Sheet, acronyms and abbreviations, table of contents, distribution list, <br />references, appendices, and other available information that can be prepared ahead of time. <br /> <br />Deliverables <br />• Draft DEIS Front Material <br />• Final DEIS Front Material <br />Assumptions: <br />• One (1) round of review by the City Team. <br />• The City will consolidate all City comments prior to submittal to ESA. <br />• The City will be responsible for providing the SEPA distribution list to ESA. <br />• The City will be responsible for publication and distribution of notices, documentation and <br />the DEIS document. <br />• There will not be a 508 remediation for ADA required. <br />4.10 Preliminary DEIS (PDEIS) Version 1 <br />The ESA Team will prepare Version 1 of the DEIS and submit to the City Team for review and <br />comment. <br /> <br />Deliverables <br />• PDEIS Version 1 <br />Assumptions: <br />• One (1) round of review by the City Team. <br />• The City will consolidate all City comments prior to submittal to ESA. <br />• Assume no more than 2 weeks for City Team review and 2 weeks for ESA responses
