2 <br />stating work to be done for the City, pricing for the City, and City- <br />Vendor agreement terms and conditions are never confidential. All of <br />these may be posted on the City’s public website without notice to <br />Vendor. <br />D. No Obligation to Destroy or Return. The City has no obligation to <br />destroy or return any Confidential Record or any other record. <br />E. No Employee Agreements. The City has no obligation under the <br />Agreement to require its employees to sign any agreement. <br />F. Venue. The exclusive venue for any dispute regarding the subject <br />matter of this addendum is Snohomish County Superior Court. <br />G. Addendum Controlling. This Addendum controls any conflicting <br />provision in the Agreement. <br />H. Signature. Execution of this Addendum by a party shall be legally valid <br />and effective through any of the following: (i) executing a paper copy, <br />(ii) execution by AdobeSign or DocuSign or other e-signature method, <br />or (iii) transmitting an executed copy by email or otherwise in pdf <br />format or other electronically scanned format.
