Please fill out this form to speak at the council meeting. <br />State your name and city of residence when you begin speaking. Each person is asked to limit comments <br />to three minutes. This allows everyone a fair opportunity to speak. Return this form to the council <br />administrator before the meeting begins. <br />All comments must be relevant and delivered to the Council as a whole in a respectful manner.
