This Ordinance authorizes an additional $1,608,831 from Fund 401 – Water and Sewer Utility Fund. Project summary statement: This project replaced the aging infrastructure at Reservoir No. 2. The existing 107-year- old structure was replaced with a new storage reservoir to address the risk of catastrophic failure of the western and southern embankments which were in poor condition.
